04.22.25 It’s been awhile.

I have made a commitment to add some new patterns to the site. I’ve been hoarding some paper-pieced patterns that I have created over the past years. Some patterns I pieced and made, but I didn’t take the time to create a share-able pattern. The graphics software I was using had limited tools and features, plus it seemed clunky to use. Now I have found one that works well. However, I have to get more proficient using the program. My skills are improving.

Today I added a pine tree pattern that I love, which I drafted in 2004. This pattern is a favorite of mine.  Here is a link to the Skinny Spruce Pine Tree.

I made a small wallhanging of pine trees of various sizes. I made with four variations and with three sizes of trees. This wallhanging measures 15 inches tall by 17 inches wide. The pattern I have posted, has two sizes.  Have fun playing with the block.
